Mark Satov began his business career at the age of 16 when he founded International Activewear, a corporate promotional clothing supplier.

In 1993, Mark took over an insolvent industrial coatings company and quickly returned it to profitability. He joined Bain & Company’s Toronto office in 1999. At Bain Mark managed engagements in Canada, the United States and Europe, largely focusing on post-merger integration and operational turnarounds.

In 2002, Mark had a vision of combining the strategic and analytical skill at top-tier strategy consulting firms with the operational experience he had in running his own companies. Satov Consultants Inc. was born.

Mark is active on many client engagements. Mark's most recent engagements have focused on helping retailers transform their businesses. 

Mark lives in Toronto with his wife Karuna and daughters Aili and Meryl.
