Mark started his career in 1998 with Michelin Tire in Nova Scotia, where he identified production improvements for his plant’s largest line. He went on to work at Iogen Bio-Products as a business developer and field specialist, designing and implementing novel enzyme treatment programs in process industries throughout North America.

Mark’s career in consulting started in 2004 when he co-founded Mezzanine Business Consulting, a two-time Profit Hot 50 List winner. In 2007 he founded Torque Customer strategy, a consultancy focused on customer and market strategies backed by thorough research and deep analytics.  Healy joined Satov when Torque was acquired in 2009. He continues his focus on customer strategy in verticals such as telecom, consumer goods and retail.

Mark is a regular media contributor and one of The Globe and Mail’s growth/strategic marketing experts, writing a regular column for reportonbusiness.com. He is Chair of the Ivey Alumni Association Board of Directors. Mark lives in Toronto with his wife Charlotte and their bulldog McDuff.
