Marion has over 20 years of management and consulting experience covering
a variety of sectors including financial institutions, professional services, public sector, utilities and manufacturing. Marion’s consulting experience includes independent work, Deloitte & Touche, and Mercer Delta Consulting. Prior to consulting, Marion held positions in operations, human resources and marketing.

Marion works with clients to translate strategy into results, understand the implications and develop a comprehensive implementation plan to achieve business transformation.

Specializing in helping clients implement strategic change and organization improvement quickly and effectively, Marion uses empathy on the “hard” side of change while bringing structure, discipline and focus to the people side of change and provides a balanced approach to achieve results.

Marion does a lot of volunteer work in a variety of roles supporting a range of not-for-profits. Living in Toronto, Marion is an avid cook, traveller, reader and looks forward to her partner coming home from Botswana.
