We see many projects through to completion by providing project management oversight and analytical support. We track key metrics and help course correct as needed.

When the dust settles, we return to our clients to test the success of our work. Did we achieve the goal? If not, why not? This phase of a project captures important information and ensures that we are truly accountable for our recommendations. Our clients learn. We learn.

It’s only when we agree the goal has been reached that we receive the final ten percent of our fee.
